Sushi Sada: I wondered................"Do they have yelp?"
-aren't many people -some booth seats -restaurant isn't completely busy
Inferences:
The service is fine, but I see that not many people come that restaurant. It could use more customers.
The booth table is probably for the extra customers,
Pictures of their dishes at the window is actually a good idea for people to see what they are actually serving.
I had to make better inferences, so here it is.
Generating Ideas:
-having the taste of different types of food -looking at the condition of the restaurant and it's food that you are about to taste -making sure nothing's poisonous or bad in the food before actually tasting it
Food & Drinks: -Water -Coke -different drinks
Interactions: -customer service -sight
Access: -depending on the restaurant's reviews
Physical Space: -separate seats -privacy of others
Reflection and Interpretation: My Interpretation of a good dining experience: For me to have a good dining experience, I would be very puzzled about the food I am about to taste. But I am not very skeptical of the surroundings in the space I am usually in when I am at a restaurant, I just don't know what's going on.
