Redesigning casual dining: - using an advanced way to order food: by computers - improve restaurant service - have a taster, just by making sure the food has nothing strange in the plate -have a manager in the restaurant
What I observed in location #1:
-everyone inside was just being there usual selves -i noticed that they have a sign that says "seat yourself" - the sign meant that they find a seat that they wished to sit in -bobble heads on the top shelf for decor. and photographs surrounding the wall.
Inferences:
-Bobble heads are were usually fun to look at it, unless some people would notice at first glance - The restaurant probably has good food, different then location #2
Location #2:
-aren't many people -some booth seats -the location doesn't seem busy at all -tables, mirrors hanging on both walls
What I can infer:
The service is fine and all, but I noticed that not many people come to that restaurant at noon.
I noticed a table close to the place where they make sushi, what was it for.
Pictures of their dishes at the window for other people to notice. Maybe to get customers to come and try their food.
But is it well known?
I have little questions about casual dining. The classmates that I interviewed pretty much had different dining experiences, it happened when I asked them different questions.
I'm not very good at interviewing other people in the community, well, it's because that I get nervous easily. It's hard for me to come up to a person and just talk to them.
